INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

2 Potatoes ( Raw )

500 Gms Beans

2 Tomatoes

Jeera

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red chilli Powder

¾ tsp Salt

½ tsp Haldi Powder

1 tsp Amchoor Powder

1 Packet Maggi Masala – e – Maggic

Oil For Cooking

 

Method To Make The Recipe:

 

  • Cut Beans into Small Pieces
  • Cut Potatoes & tomatoes Roughly or into Dices
  • In a pan add some oil
  • Add cumin
  • Now when the cumin pops add potatoes roast them on a medium flame for 5 minutes
  • After 5 minutes add beans
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes on Open flame
  • Now add Haldi, dhaniya , Red Chilli & Amchoor Powder
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  • Check the potatoes if they are soften or not
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes and Salt
  • Cover and Cook for 4 -5 minutes
  • Check if tomatoes are soften now add Maggi Masala -ae-Magic and coriander Leaves mix and Serve
