2 Tomatoes

500gms Small Sized Potatoes

4 Green Chillies

1/3 Cup Oil

 

INGREDIENTS TO MARINATE POTATOES

1/3 Cup Curd

1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2-3 Green Chilies

1 tsp Salt

Coriander Leaves

Mint Leaves

1 tsp Biryani Masala

Kasuri Masala

 

INGREDIENTS TO COOK POTATOES

7-8 Cloves

10 Black Peppercorns

7-8 Green Cardamon

1 Bay Leaf

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

 

INGREDIENTS TO COOK RICE

3 Green Cardamom

1 Cinnamon  Stick

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

5-7 Black Peppercorns

1 Bay Leaf

1.5 tsp Salt

1/2 Milk

Saffron

Coriander Leaves

Mint Leaves

1/2 tsp Biryani Masala

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tsp Kewra Water
