INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

4 Raw Potatoes

1 Cup Besan

¼ Cup Rice Flour

Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

½ tsp Haldi Powder

1 tsp Jeera

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Oil (For the batter)

About 1 cup Water

1 Lemon Juice

OIL FOR FRYING

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • Make sure that the besan batter is thin
  • Try to cut potatoes thinly
  • Make sure you double fry the pokadas first on a med flame until the batter sets then on super high flame for a minutely only of until it turns crispy
