2 Tbsp Oil

1/2 Cup Hot Milk

 

1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Soya Chunks

2 Tomatoes

1 Onion

2 Green Chillies

1/2 Inch Ginger

4 Garlic Cloves

 

FOR COOKING

3 Tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2-3 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

Tea Leaves Water

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi
