600gms Boneless Chicken

1.5 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 Lemon Juice

 

INGREDIENTS For 2nd MARINATION

1 Big Spoon Mustard Oil

2 Tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

400gms Curd

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1 Lemon Juice

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Chaat Masala

Charcoal

1 tsp Desi Ghee

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY

1 Onion

3 Dried Red Chillies

Ginger Garlic Paste

Tomato Puree

1 Bay Leaf

Small Pice of Cinnamon Stick

1 Black Cardamom

3 Cloves

3 Green Cardamom

Cashews

50gms Butter

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

2 Tbsp Cream
