INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

500 Gms Raw Mutton

350 Gms Onions ( 5 onions)

100 – 150 ml Mustard Oil ( Well Heated)

2 Whole Garlic

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

  • 3 Dried Red Chillies
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 4 – 5 Black Peppercorns
  • 3 – 4 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2 Black Cardamom
  • 4 – 5 Laung
  • 3/4 tsp Coarse Sauf
  • 1 Tej Patta

 

GROUND SPICE MIX

  • 3 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Haldi Powder

 

Also You Need Dough To Seal The Handi

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE: 

 

 

 

POINTS TO REMEMBER

  1. Make sure to mix the onions and the spice well with the mutton
  2. Cook on the lowest possible flame
  3. Don’t cook on dum for more than 30 minz
  4. Be carefull the handi can burn mutton from the bottom
