1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

2 tsp Cornstarch

3 tsp Maida(All-Purpose Flour)

1tsp Oil

1 Egg

5-6 Green Chillies

5 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Inch Ginger

Dried Red Chillies

Curry Leaves

Oil for Frying

 

SAUCE MIXTURE

2-3 tsp Red Chilli Paste

3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

1-2 tsp Curd

Red Food Color (Optional)

 

FOR COOKING

1 Tbsp Oil

1 tsp Salt

Black Pepper Powder
