Chicken

3 Tbsp Mustard Oil

1 Tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

5-6 Tbsp Curd

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Chat Masala

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garam Masala

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY

4-5 Tomatoes

2 Onions

2 Dried Chillies

1 Inch Ginger

5 Garlic Cloves

Butter

Cashews

Coriander Stems

2 Tbsp Oil

 

3-4 Tbsp Oil ( To shallow fry Chickens)

 

FOR COOKING

3 green Cardamom

1 Bay Leaf

Cinnamon Stick

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

2-3 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Butter

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Garam Masala

4-5 Tbsp Malai or Fresh Cream
