½ CUP All Purpose Flour

½ Cup + 1/8 Cup Granulated Sugar

1/4 Cup Milk Powder (Sorry its Half OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR)

A Pinch Of Salt

¼ tsp Baking Powder

5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 gms Xanthan Gum (totally Optional)

2 Gms GMS (Totally Optional)

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE WET MIX

 

130 gms Dark Chocolate

¼ Cup Butter

½ + ¼ Cup Hot Water

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE: 

KEY POINTS

  • Donot add Baking Soda
  • Mix the wet and the dry ingredients properly
  • Donot over bake the cake check after 10 minz
