1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 Lemon Juice

 

1.5 Cups or 400gms Rice

2 Tomatoes

2-3 Onions

Green Chillies

Coriander Leaves

 

FOR COOKING

2 Tbsp Oil

7-8 Black Peppercorns

4-5 Green Cardamom

1 Bay Leaf

1 Cinnamon Stick

6-7 Cloves

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Biryani Masala

Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tsp Kewra Water
