Christmas is round the corner knocking on our door and seriously sometime you need a simple cake recipe to fit the bill so I present to you a simple nuts cake recipe to fest your hunger for this festive season of Christmas & New Years

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

1 Cup Plain Flour / Maida

2 Tbsp Corn Four

1 tsp baking Powder

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4th Cup Normal Butter

1/4th Cup Powdered Sugar

½ Cup Condensed Milk

1-1/2 Tbsp Cashewnuts (Roughly Chopped)

1-1/2 Tbsp Almonds (Roughly Chopped)

1-1/2 Tbsp Dried Bluberries

1 Tbsp Rasins

1 Tbsps Dates

a pinch of salt for the batter

1 ½ Cup Salt For Baking

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :

 

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

  • Make sure your pressure cooker is pre – heated before you bake
  • You can add melted compound chocolate with some butter and add it to the batter for a more better texture of the cake .. (30 gms should be enough)
  • Do check the cake after baking weather it is baked or not
