350gms Gobhi (Cauliflower)

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Cinnamon  Stick

1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns

3-4 Green Chillies

1 Inch Ginger

4-5 Garlic Cloves

Curry Leaves

Fresh Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

3 Tbsp Rice Flour

2 Tbsp Oil

 

Oil for Frying
