Hi , Mr Bharat I saw your videos. I am amazed to see how precise you are with every stage of your recipes! . Thank you so much for your videos . I have a request . Would you please show how to make “backed dish” (with white sauce, pasta and pineapple in it). I always eat when I was in India, but when I tried to make it didn’t taste like the way I have eaten.

The cooking oils you listed are really unhealthy. Hydrogenated oils are no no. Can I use olive oil or avocado oil?

I totally agree with you on the unhealthy part but sadly the purpose is only to give a similar recipe but personally even i feel that these fats are extremely bad for health

Thanks Bharat. I would appreciate if you could suggest healthy alternatives for individuals like me. In USA a big food revolution is going on to removed all the unhealthy, artificial ingredients that are harmful to health. You should visit http://www.foodbabe.com to learn about the revolution going on. This revolution is so big that companies like McDonald’s, Pepsi, Kraft, and more have backed down and are working to remove the unhealthy ingredients. I am glad to see your positive mindset. Let’s be a part of this food revolution. I see that You have the power to create health awareness.
