Dry Red Chillies

500gms Small Sized Potatoes

Oil for frying

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1 tsp Coriander seeds

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns

5 Green Cardamoms

5-6 Cloves

Small Piece of Cinnamon  Stick

 

1.5 Cup Curd

 

FOR COOKING

3 Big Spoons Mustard Oil

1 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth)

2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Salt
