Lauki Ki Sabzi

500 gms Ghiya/ Lauki

4 -5 Tomatoes

1 Potato

1/2 Inch Ginger

3 Green Chillies

2 Dried Red Chiili

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 Cup Water

3 Tbsp Oil (For Cooking)

1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

*Panch Phoran Masala

**Dry Spice Mix

*INGREDIENTS FOR PANCH PHORAN MASALA

1/2 tsp Methi Dana

1/2 tsp Sauf / Aniseed

1/2 tsp Kalonji / Nigella Seeds

1/2 tsp Jeera / Cumin

1/2 tsp Sarso/ Mustard Seeds

**INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DRY SPICE MIX

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

1/2 tsp Mango Powder / Amchoor Powder

INGREDIENTS FOR TADKA

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1/4 tsp Hing

1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
