3/4 Cup Suji (Semolina)

3/4 Cup Dahi (Curd)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Water

1/4 – 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE (Gun Powder) MASALA

6 Dried Red Chillies

2 Tbsp Chana Dal

1 Tbsp Urad Dal

8-9 Black Peppercorns

1 Tbsp Rice

1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut

1 tsp Sesame Seeds

A Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

1/2 tsp Salt

 

Ghee or Oil for Cooking

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHUTNEY

3 Tomatoes

5 Dried Red Chillies

1 Onion

5 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Inch Ginger

1 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Oil

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Urad Dal

1 tsp Chana Dal

Curry Leaves

1 tsp Soy Sauce
