1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY

1 Onion

2-3 Tomatoes

1 Inch Ginger

2 Green Chillies

4 Garlic Cloves

Fresh Coriander Leaves

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Bay Leaf

 

FOR COOKING

2-3 Tbsp Mustard Oil

1 tsp Salt

1/2 Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala
