INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE DOUGH:

 

250GMS or 2 Cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)

¼ tsp Ajwain or Carom Seeds

1 tsp Salt

4 tsp Refined Oil

¾ Cup Water

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE STUFFING:

 

3 Boiled Potatoes

3 Green Chillies (Chopped)

1 inch Ginger (Chopped)

*Whole Spice Mix Combination

**Ground Spice Mix Combination

½ tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

A pinch of Hing or Asafoetida

Oil As Per Needed

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE WHOLE SPICE MIX COMBINATION:

½ tsp Coriander Seeds

½ tsp Sauf

½ tsp Jeera

 

INGREDENTS TO MAKE GROUND SPICE MIX COMBINATION:

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Salt (or as per needed)

½ tsp Amchur Powder
