Most of us who have eaten Mc Donald’s Veg Pizza Mcpuff have sometimes wondered that it is almost impossible to make such delicious Mcpuffs at home, especially with such an amazing pastry and sensational sauce inside. Ohh yes!! Now you will say it’s possible.  This recipe is for all those Mcpuff lovers who wish to make this awesome recipe at home (yup, you heard it right…). with a nutritious sauce full of vegetables.

All you need is:

NOTE: Please make the recipe with precise measurements otherwise the dough will not come 100% same…

FOR MAKING PASTRY DOUGH (REAL VERSION):

  1. 2 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
  2. 1 tsp. salt
  3.  2 tsp. baking powder (levelled)
  4. 5 tbsp. oil (Vegetable or olive oil)
  5. ½ cup + 1/16th cup / 135 ml Cold Water

NOTE: This particular dough is very very hard to work with so to make it easier you can edit few things but after editing you will not get 100% same result as I got with this recipe it will be around 90% same….

FOR MAKING PASTRY DOUGH (EDITED EASY VERSION)

Everything is same as above you just need to add 1 Tbsp. oil less i.e. add only 4 Tbsp. oil in the dough it will become a little softer and water to oil ratio will change which basically means the level of moisture in the dough will increase and the will be softer and easy to work with……

FOR MAKING STUFFING:

  1. 1 mid-size Onion (chopped)
  2. 1 mid-size Capsicum/ bell pepper (chopped)
  3. 2 mid-size English carrots (chopped)
  4. 6-7 Beans (chopped)
  5. ¼ cup peas
  6. ¼ cup sweet corn
  7. 3 Tbsp. Pasta & Pizza sauce
  8. ½ tsp. sugar
  9. ½ tsp. black pepper
  10. ¼ tsp. dried oregano
  11. ¼ tsp. chilli flakes
  12. ¼ tsp. dried Basil
  13. 1/8 tsp. Thyme
  14. 1 tsp. Salt
  15. 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  16. 2 tsp. garlic powder (or 6-7 Garlic cloves)
  17. 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  18. 50 gms/ 1 cup mozzarella cheese (Cold and Grated)
  19. ½ Cup Drinking water
  20. 1 Tbsp. oil (olive/vegetable)

PASTA & PIZZA SAUCE BRANDS:

  1. Ragu pasta and pizza sauce
  2. American garden pasta and pizza
  3.  Mr Bector pasta and pizza
  4. Maggie pasta and pizza
  5. Delmonte pasta and pizza
  6. Prego pasta and pizza

NOTE: Most pasta and pizza sauce have almost the same combination of tomatoes, onions, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, lime juice/vinegar so if your local store doesn’t have these brands these ingredients is what you’re basically looking for…

 INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

TOMATO KETCHUP BRANDS:

  1. Heinz
  2. Smith and jones
  3. Delmonte
  4. Kissan

    Hi Bharat,

This is Angelina I’m from Bombay, I have seen few of your video post on McD and I liked it.
What I really want to suggest is if you could share the names of retailers who sell ingredients like yellow chilli powder or oleoresin..
Cause I have been looking for yellow chilli powder now for few years and honestly shop keepers in Crawford market have the blankest of expression I have ever seen as if I’m asking for god knows what..
So please share where did you get the ingredients that will be a great help..

Also, why not do a video on butter chicken that you get in copper chimney worli with the authentic saffron coloured gravy and not like the other places with bright orange coloured gravy which basically hurts your eyes to even look at them..

Hey best of luck and reply and don’t be lazy like you keep saying in your posts that people are lazy and want a shortcut..

    Thanks,

    Angelina..
