500gms Palak

2 Tbsp Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Salt

2-3 Tbsp Curd

 

Ground Spice Mix

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 Tbsp Wheat Flour

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

 

FOR COOKING

2 Tbsp Oil

1 Butter Cube

1 tsp Garam Masala
