Few Beans

1 Onion

2 Green Chillies

4-5 Garlic Cloves

3-4 Medium Size Potatoes

2 Tbsp Oil (for cooking)

1.5 tsp Salt

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

Vermicelli

4-5 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)

Oil (for deep fry)

 

Spice Mix

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1.5 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1 tsp Garam Masala
