2 Onion

3 Garlic Cloves

 

 SPICE MIX

1½ tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

8-10 Black Pepper Corns

2 Cloves

1½  Tbsp Kasuri Methi

Dry Ginger

2 Green Cardamoms

1 tsp Nutmeg Powder

½ tsp Sugar

1 tsp Coriander Powder

 

FOR COOKING

Mustard Oil

Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

¾ tsp Anaar-Dana

½ tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1½ tsp Salt

Fresh Coriander Leaves
