1.5 tsp salt

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Jeera

6 – 7 Curry Leaves

A pinch Of Hing

½ tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp Haldi Powder

½ tsp Raw Mango Powder or Amchur Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

½ Garam Masala

Oil For Cooking
