INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

500 Gms Mutton

*Mutton Marinade

5 Onions

4 Small Tomatoes

**Whole Spice Mix Combination

***Ground Spice Mix Combination

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp kasuri Methi

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

4 Tbsp Desi Ghee

Oil For Cooking

 

*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE MUTTON MARINADE:

1.5 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 Cup Curd

 

**INGREDIENTS TO MAKE WHOLE SPICE MIX

1/2 Jeera

4 -5 Laung

1/2 Dal Chini

5 Green Cardamom

6 -8 Black Pepper

2 Dried Red Chillies

 

***INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GROUND SPICE MIX

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

3 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Jeera Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder

1/2 tsp Sauf Powder

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE 

 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS

  • Marinade the mutton for at least 30 minutes
  • If you don’t like chopped up onion and tomatoes in the gravy then you can grind them and cook as shown in the video
  • Do not give oven whistles 3 – 4 whistles on a Med – Low Flame
