 INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :

½ Cup/100 gms Coarse Sooji/ Semolina

½ Cup / 120 Gms Sugar

½ Cup Desi Ghee (you can reduce it accordingly)

1-1/2 Cup / Water

3 – 4 Green Cardamom / Elachi Powder

 

OPTIONAL:

6 – 7 Almonds/Badam Chopped

6 – 7 Cashews/Kaju Chopped

6 – 7 Rasins/Kishmish

Pinch Of Saffron/ Kesar Refreshed in 1/8-Cup Milk

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE VIDEO:

Key Points

  • Dry roast the semolina properly
  • Cook patiently and on a low flame
  • Do over cook the semolina or burn it
  • You have to only dissolve the sugar in water
