½ Cup Curd

2 Tbsp Meat Masala

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

2 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi

3 Onions

5-6 Garlic Cloves

1½  Inch Ginger

3 Green Chillies

2 Tomatoes

1 Cup Peas

 

FOR COOKING

3 Tbsp Desi Ghee

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

Hing (Asafoetida)

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

½ Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Salt

Fresh Coriander Leaves
