4 Tbsp Coconut

Fresh Coriander Leaves

1 Cup Curd

Baking Soda ( just before frying)

1-2 Tbsp Hot Oil

2 Tbsp Roasted Chana Dal

2-3 Green Chillies

1 tsp Salt

Water

Fresh Coriander

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE TADKA FOR CHUTNEY

Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Chana Dal

1 tsp Urad Dal

2-3 Red Chillies

Curry Leaves

 

Oil for Frying
