3 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1 Black Cardamom

5 Cloves

1 Cinnamon Stick

7-8 Black Peppercorns

7 Green Cardamom

 

FOR COOKING

2 Big Spoon Oil

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Kewra Water
