INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE

8 Eggs

300gms Long-Grain Rice

2 Onions

1/2 Cup Curd

1/4 Cup Milk

1 Tbsp Ginger-Galic Paste

Fresh Coriander Leaves

Saffron

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1 Bay Leaf

8 Black Peppercorns

1 Small Piece of Cinnamon Stick

4 Green Cardamom

5-6 Cloves

1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

 

1 Tbsp Salt (to boil rice)

 

For Cooking

4-5 Tbsp Oil

3 Green Chillies

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 Tbsp Biryani Masala

2 tsp Kewra Water
