MCCAIN’S POTATO CHEESE SHOTS

Ingredients to make 16 – 20 bite size Potato Cheese Shots
1 Mid-size / 20 Gms Potato (Cut in 0.5 cm x 0.5cm cubes)
1 Tbsp. Instant Mash Potatoes / Potato Powder
¼ tsp. Yeast Extract (diluted in 1/16th Cup Water) ***
1 tsp. Milk Powder
3/4th Cup / Processed Cheese
1/8th Cup Mozzarella Cheese
½ tsp. Parsley
½ tsp. Red Chilly Flakes
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
½ tsp. Salt
Some Dry Breadcrumbs for Coating
Ingredients To Make Thick Batter
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
1/8 Cup Corn Starch
1/8 Cup Yellow Corn Meal/Polenta/ “Makki Ka Atta”
1 Tbsp. oil
½ Cup Ice Cold Water
Alternatives For Yeast Extracts
- Marmite
- Vegemite
- Natex
- ½ tsp. Monosodium glutamate diluted in 1/8th Cup water
Note: If you don’t want to use any flavor enhancer you can just dissolve ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. sugar in 1/16th Cup water and it will enhance the taste (Marginally)
NOTE:
Alternative of unsalted butter: canola oil, olive pomace oil, palmolein oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, refined soybean oil, hydrogenated sunflower oil

Hi thanx again for d wonderful recepe
Kindly let me know if I make d cheese shots and freeze it for later use then shd I bring it to room temperature n then fry .
Or shd I directly fry them after taking it out of the freezer.
I hav guests coming over after a week so I want to make them n freeze it
I will appreciate an early reply.
