From helping my mother as a first step to be a YouTube channel owner has not been so easy for me. Food for me is not just eating for the taste, but also sensing and finding what lies behind it. After spending many years as a corporate professional and still having a feeling of relentless dissatisfactionโ€ฆ
I always knew that there was something more to life. After long research and working as a sous chef I knew that bharatzkitchen was the right platform not only to prove my passion but to be in touch with thousands of food lovers just like me, finally all this lead to me developing recipes and searching for perfection in taste but it takes time, money and effort to work on recipes and try to find out the best possible outcomeโ€ฆ

    hi bharat,
Just recently stumbled upon your chilli chicken recepie on you tube.
i do not cook ( my wife does, nicely, ) , apart from some magii and sunfeast pasta,( all those ” just add water ” kind of recepie ).and i was searching for my first REAL DISH to cook, so i searched ” chilli chicken on youtube as i thought Who doesnt like chilli chicken, right…
And there i clicked on your link and read the comments where one of the user said and i quote
” best chilli chicken recepie on planet ” and i agree.
The way you have put the video is amazing and so easy to get,you have a talent i must say.
And now i have referred your videos to my wife and i think she will end up making my first recepie…
Lets see how she makes it after taking the help from your nice video, she is excited after seeing it , lets see….
I will post another comment once the dish is done and loved ( i hope ) .
Till then keep up the amazing job….
( also was curious what you are currently engaged in apart from the youtube and the food blogging.

I have something to tell you.
In my free time, I watch many videos on youtube regarding different recipes, both Veg and Non Veg, I even get to know how its made, BUT there is a huge difference in the way the things are explained. Many people out there cannot even explain properly in HINDI about what they are making.. But, you bro…!!!!
    Hats off to you.
The way you deliver the narration along with the cooking part is FLAWLESS.!! And never did I find any grammatical mistake in the english that you speak!! SUPERB…
And as other members have said… THE SCIENCE OF COOKING. YOU HELP US UNDERSTAND THE SCIENCE OF COOKING, WHICH IS THE MAIN DIFFERENTIATING FACTOR BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER PEOPLE…!!

PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD EFFORT BROTHER..

ALL MY WISHES AND BLESSINGS FOR BHARATZ KITCHEN TO PROSPER IN FUTURE.. AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU ON FOOD FOOD, KHANA KHAZANA SOON.. ๐Ÿ˜€

I have a request. I love cheesecakes. I made the no-bake variety a few times, but the texture never came out right.
How can we mimic Mascarpone or Cream cheese from the Amul/Britania/Go processed cheeses available in India?
Some YouTube channels suggested making soft paneer from cream, but that has the texture of Ricotta.
Some others suggested using the shrikhand making process, but the taste was too sharp.

Hey Bharat, your cooking videos have such perfectly clear instructions, down to the smallest detail, and this really makes it possible to cook exactly as you designed! And the golden nuggets of science fundas, make me understand exactly why a certain step needs to be done in a certain way, to get not only the purrrfect taste, but attractive look too! The chilli chicken gives moment to moment method: put in ice-cold water for 1 and a 1/2 hr, and double frying and all, which can be used to get crispy fried anything I think !! I never imagined I cud make perfect Punjabi samosas, but your recipe!!! Absolutely yummy!! I always get ENCORE!!! when I make one of your recipes, and that’s really a confidence booster !!!! So Bharat, sorry for the long post, but you are my cooking inspiration. I’m a manglorean and used to cook only South Indian food, but now, I confidently cook any of your recipes !!
