INSTANT SUJI BREAKFAST REICPE

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

1.5 CUPS Suji

¾ Cup Curd

2 Cups Water

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tomato

1 Capsicum

1 Onion

1 Inch Ginger

Coriander Leaves

2 – 3 Green Chillies

½ tsp Eno

Mozzarella Cheese(optional)

Processed Cheese(optional)

Butter For Cooking

 

NOTE: you can use any other vegetable of your choice

 

POINTS TO REMEMBER

  • Add water diligently in the batter
  • Cook on the lowest flame to make sure its cooked throughout
  • Its important to add vegetable to add moisture
