MUTTON KORMA IN COOKER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

1 Kg Mutton
*Combination of Whole Spices
** Combination of Ground Spices
500gms Cup Thick Curd (strained)
8 Onions (Fried)
2 – 3 tsp. Salt (or as per your taste)
2 tsp. Rose Water/Kewda Water
1/8 tsp Nutmeg / Jayphal Powder
1/8 tsp Mace / Javitri
4 Cups Water
1 Inch Ginger
1 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
2/3 Cup Desi Ghee

*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE COMBINATION OF WHOLE SPICES:

12 – 15 Black Peppercorns / Kali Mirch
7 – 8 Cloves / Laung
2 Cinnamon Stick / Dal Chini
3 Black Cardamom / Badi Elaichi
8 – 9 Green Cardamom / Hari Elaichi

**INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GROUND SPICE MIX

5 – 6 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Tumeric / Haldi powder
1 tsp Cumin /Jeera Powder
