RECIPE NO 1 :SUJI STEAMED BALLS

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DOUGH

 

1 ½ Cup Sooji

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Black pepper

½ Cup Curd

Water as needed to make the dough

Semi Stuff Dough

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE STUFFING:

 

1 Onion Chopped

1 Capsicum Chopped

Frozen corns

Jalapenos

½ Carrot (Chopped)

Salt

Black Pepper Powder

2 Tbsp Fun Foods Chilli Garlic Dip

4 Tbsp Good Amount Fun Food Mayo

 

METHOD TO MAKE THE RECIPE

 

  • Knead the Sooji with water salt and the other ingredients required for the dough
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Make the stuffing in the mean while
  • Now make small balls of the dough
  • Add stuffing to the dough balls
  • You will get stuffed suji balls
  • Now steam them for 10 – 15 Minutes
  • Now make a small to apply Some spices to the balls
  • So take a pan
  • Add oil , some mustard seeds, Some garlic red chilli powder and jeera
  • Add sooji balls to the pan and coat it with the masala

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RECIPE NO 2 :Suji Bread Sanwich

 

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE DOUGH:

 

1 ½ Cup Sooji

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ Cup Curd

Water as needed to make the dough

Semi Stuff Dough

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE STUFFING:

 

1 Onion Chopped

1 Capcisum Chopped

Frozen corns

Jalapenos

½ Carrot (Chopped)

½ Salt

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

4 tbsp Mayo

 

METHOD TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

  • Make the suji Dough with the dough ingredients and let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Make the Stuffing with all the required ingredients
  • After 10 minutes make small dough balls
  • Roll them into chapati types
  • Cook them on a tawa (they will be like pita Bread Made of Sooji)
  • Now as the cool cut in half add the stuffing in the center and now cook on a grill pan to get nice grill marks

 

RECIPE NO 3 :Suji Dosa Roll

 

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BATTER:

 

1 Cup Sooji

½ Cup Rice Flour

½ Cup Atta(whole Wheat Flour

½ tsp Salt

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ Cup Curd

Water as needed to make the dough

Semi Stuff Dough

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE STUFFING:

 

use any leftover sabzi dry sabzi

(aloo shimalmirch, gobi aloo )

4 – 5 Tbsp Mayo

 

METHOD TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

  • All all the ingredients(except baking powder) to make the dosa batter in a bowl
  • Grind it in a mixer grinder to make a fine paste
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes
  • Now add baking powder
  • Make dosa on the tawa
  • Coat it with generous mayo
  • Add sabzi
  • Dosa is ready
