CHINESE CHICKEN NOODLES

Noodles reminds me of my childhood when my mommy used to cook it as a yummy snack. Chowmein is one of the forms of fried noodles which can be more versatile when it comes to one’s taste.
I am sure most of us have already tried vegetarian chowmein at least once, so this time just give a try to this classic chicken chowmein recipe at home.
INGREDIENT TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
- 150 gms Boneless chicken (Coated)*
- Salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- White pepper powder
- White Vinegar
- 400 gms Noodles
- Oil
- Vegetables**
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- ½ tsp MSG/Chinese salt (optional)
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1tbsp dark Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Sambal/ Chilli garlic sauce
- 1tsp hoisin sauce (optional)
*COATED CHICKEN
- 150 gms Boneless Chicken
- 1 Egg
- 4-5 tbsp Corn Starch
**VEGETABLES
- 60 gms Cabbage ( chopped)
- 4-5 Spring onion bulbs (chopped)
- 1 mid-size Onion (chopped)
- 5-6 Bog Choy leaves
- 2 leaves of Nappa/ Chinese Cabbage/ Celery Cabbage
- 1 mid-size Capsicum/ Bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 mid-size English Carrot (chopped)
For Garnishing:
- 4-5 spring onion stalks/Green onion
- Sesame oil ( few drops) (optional)

one more request , have u tried butter chicken and mutton rogan josh of Minar restaurant in connaught place? if yes , than these two more recipes, i know i am now becoming greedy but i know u will crack these recipes also.
