20 Gms Jaggery

100 gms Kadu/Pumkin
50 gms Beans
200 gms Lockey
1 Carrot
**INGREDIENTS TO MAKE TADKA
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Methi Seeds
A Pinch Of Asafoetida(Hing)
3 – 4 Dry Red Chillies
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SUJI IDLI:
1.5 Cups Fine Suji
1.5 Cups Curd
3/4th Cup Water
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Soda
