2 Tbsp Jaggery

Oil

Mustard Seeds

Chana dal

Curry Leaves

Split Urad Dal

Asafoetida (Hing)

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Tamarind (Imli)

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

2 Cup Semolina (Suji)

1 Cup Curd

1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Water

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE MASALA

2-3 Green Chillies

Coriander Leaves

2 Inch Ginger

700-800 gms Gobi

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1.5 tsp Salt
