INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
4 -5 Boiled Potatoes
100 Gms Palak or Spinach
1 Cup Poha
1 tsp Salt (or as per your desire)
½ tsp Black Pepper
¾ tsp Amchur Powder
½ Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
4 Green Chilles (or as per desire)
1 inch Ginger
½ tsp Jeera
½ tsp Coriander Seeds

- Let the poha become soft before you use it
- Do not stir the tikki too much otherwise it will break
- You can add chat masala as well for better taste
