INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE

500 gms Spinach (Palak)

3 Green Chillies

3/4 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)

3/4 Cup Rice Flour

1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

1 tsp Sesame Seeds (Til)

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1/2 tsp Turmeric  Power

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Salt

 

Oil for frying
