INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE VIDEO:

 

800 Gms Boneless Chicken Thighs

*Special Spice Mix (Ingredients Below)

½ tsp Haldi Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Amchoor Powder

1 – 1.5 tsp Salt

1 inch Ginger (in paste)

8 Cloves Garlic (in paste)

3 Mid – Size Onions

Water As Needed

Curry Patta

Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 tsp Jeera

 

 

*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE SPECIAL SPICE MIX:

1 Dal Chini

4 Choti Elachi

1 Badi Elachi

4 Laung

4 -5 Dried Red Chillies (bygadi or Kashmiri)

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE: 

 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS

  • Make sure you cut the chicken into a little bigger sizes
  • Do not over cook the chicken , Cover & let it cook for 5 minutes on a low flame
  • Try to cut Onions As Fine As possible
