INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

500 Gms Tinde

2 Onions (Finely Chopped)

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Jeera

½ tsp Methi Dana

Pinch Of Asafoetida

1 tsp Coriander Powder

3/4 tsp Red chilli Powder

¾ tsp Salt

½ tsp Haldi Powder

1 tsp Amchoor Powder

1 Packet Maggi Masala – e – Maggic

Mustard For Cooking

 

METHOD TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

  • Cut Tinde Into Bite size Pieces
  • Cut Onion Finely
  • In a cooker add mustard oil
  • Heat the oil till its smoke point
  • Let it cool the heat it up again and add jeera & asafetida
  • Now add onion and cook till half
  • When onions starts to get a bit brown add tinde ,haldi powder,coriander powder & red chilli powder
  • After few minutes of frying add Ginger garlic paste & Methi Dana
  • Cook for few minutes
  • Add amchoor powder & water
  • Cover the cooker and give it a whistle
  • Let it depressurize naturally
  • Open and start to reduce water
  • Now add MAGGI MASALA –ae- MAGIC
  • Some Coriander leaves
