INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
500 Gms Tinde
2 Onions (Finely Chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Jeera
½ tsp Methi Dana
Pinch Of Asafoetida
1 tsp Coriander Powder
3/4 tsp Red chilli Powder
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Amchoor Powder
1 Packet Maggi Masala – e – Maggic
Mustard For Cooking
METHOD TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
- Cut Tinde Into Bite size Pieces
- Cut Onion Finely
- In a cooker add mustard oil
- Heat the oil till its smoke point
- Let it cool the heat it up again and add jeera & asafetida
- Now add onion and cook till half
- When onions starts to get a bit brown add tinde ,haldi powder,coriander powder & red chilli powder
- After few minutes of frying add Ginger garlic paste & Methi Dana
- Cook for few minutes
- Add amchoor powder & water
- Cover the cooker and give it a whistle
- Let it depressurize naturally
- Open and start to reduce water
- Now add MAGGI MASALA –ae- MAGIC
- Some Coriander leaves
