1 Tbsp Chana Dal

1 Tbsp Urad Dal

1 Cup Suji

1 Onion

1 Carrot

½ Cup Peas

Some Beans

2-3 Green Chillies

 

FOR COOKING

1 Tbsp Ghee

1 Tbsp Peanuts

5-6 Cashew

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

Fresh Curry Leaves

Hing (Asafoetida)

½ tsp Turmeric

3 Cups Water

1½  tsp Salt
