Well Manchurian is not at all hard to make it is just the you need to know few secrets people say that Manchurian balls become hard or some times they are too dense the only reason is due to no right combination between all purpose flour and cornstarch i.e. 3:2 also the addition or butter is very crucial it adds air to the pakoras and enhance them I hope you like this recipe J
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE MANCHURIAN BALLS:
1+1/2 Mid – size Onions
1 Capsicum
1 Carrot
4-5 Spring Onions
½ Ginger Chopped (Finely Chopped)
4 -5 Cloves Of Garlic (Finely Chopped)
½ – ¾ tsp Salt
½ – ¾ tsp Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp Cornstarch
NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO ADD CABBAGE IF YOU WANT
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
½ Onion Finely Chopped
½ Capsicum Finely Chopped
½ Inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
4 -5 Cloves Of Garlic (Finely Chopped)
3-4 tsp Salt
½ tsp MSG (Ajinomoto)
¾ tsp Black Pepper
*Sauce Mix
*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SAUCE MIX
2 Tbsp Dark Soya Sauce (or you can use normal aswell)
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
½ tsp CornStarch
¼ Cup Water
