INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DOSA BATTER:

1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Cup Sooji

1/2 Cup Curd

1 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Baking Powder

1.5 + 3 Tbsp Water

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ALOO MASALA

2 Mid – Size Boiled Potatoes

1 Onion

1 Tomato

Few Curry Leaves

1/4th Cup Peas

1/2 Inch Ginger

2 Green Chillies

1/4th Cup Peanuts

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

1 tsp Dhaniya Powder

3/4 tsp Mustard Seeds

Oil For Cooking

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE : 

POINTS TO REMEMBER

Make sure the batter is on the thicker side

Add the baking powder just before cooking

Make sure the pan is cold before you spread the batter so it sticks
