you guys have been asking me on how to make use of leftover rice & roti since all this started on youtube people have become crazy so I thought this recipe might turn out good hope you like it J
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE RICE VADA
1 Cup Left Over Rice
1 Cup Suji (normal)
1 Cup Curd (normal)
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Powder
A little bit of Coriander
2 Green Chilies
1 Onion
½ Inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Donot grind the rice too much
- Make sure the suji is rested for 2 – 3 minz with the curd
- Donot fry on super high flame or super low flame
- Try to fry atleast 3-4 vadas together
