INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
500 gms Bhindi
1 Mid – Size Onion
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Amchoor Powder
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
3 – 4 Tbsp Mustard Oil (you can use Refined Oil Aswell)
a Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
¼ tsp Haldi Powder
1.5 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- Try to cut bhindi and onion the same size
- I added the salt and covered with the lid to soften the ladyfinger & the onion
- To cover for few minutes in the end
