INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING DOUGH:
2 Cups of All-purpose flour / Maida (levelled)
5 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
½ Tsp. Carom Seeds/ Ajwain
1 Tsp. Salt (or as per taste)
150ml/4.5 – 5 oz. Cold Water or ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Water
NOTE: Please knead very hard dough and keep the dough covered under a damp cloth for minimum 30 minutes.

2 Chicken Breasts (250 gms)
1.5 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
½ tsp Whole Jeera
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Amchur
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
