EGG MANCHURIAN
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
6 Boiled Eggs
1 Onion (Cut in Bulbs)
1 Capsicum Diced
1 Inch Ginger Chopped
6 Garlic Cloves Chopped
Spring Onions (as required)
Sesame seeds
2 -3 Green Chillies
*Batter To Coat Eggs
** Sauce Mix To Make The Sauce
*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BATTER TO COAT EGGS:
4 – 5 Tbsp Maida
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
¾ tsp Salt
¾ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Water As Required
**INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE SAUCE MIX:
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Chilli garlic Paste
1 tsp Tomato ketchup
½ tsp Cornstarch
1/4 th Cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- Don’t Use Over Boiled Eggs
- Keep the batter for the coating abit thick
- Double fry for better result
- Turn the flame off in the end while making the sauce and only then add fried crispy eggs
