I Love Sabudana that my mom makes every navratri I really don’t know what special ingredient she uses but it has an amazing taste so I have tried to replicate the hope you like it … J

 

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

200 gms / 1 Cup Sabudana

2 Tomatoes

½ tsp Whole Cumin

1 Lemon

½ inch Ginger

3 Boiled Potatoes

1 tsp Sendha Namak

½ tsp Sugar

1 – 2 Tbsp Peanuts

1 Small Bunch Coriander

2 Green Chillies

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE : 

 

IMPORTANT POINTS:

  • Wash the sabudana properly
  • You can rinse the excess the starch to make the sabudana non – sticky
