500gms Aloo (Potatoes)

1 Onion

3 Green Chillies

1/2 Inch Ginger

1/2 Cup Dahi (Curd)

3 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1 tsp Anardana

1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth)

 

FOR COOKING

3 Tbsp Mustard Oil

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Bay Leaf

2 Dried Red Chillies

6 green Cardamom

1 Black Cardamom

5 Cloves

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1.5 – 2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garam Masala

Fresh Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Kasuri Methi
